BREATHE EASY

Do you or someone you know have a lung condition? If so, there’s a local support group open to anyone with the condition as well as their friends, family and carers. Breathe Easy, Rhondda and Pontypridd meets on the third Wednesday in each month between 2 and 4 at Pontypridd Rugby Club. TREHERBERT LIBRARY

From Monday 1st December the opening hours of Treherbert Library are changing. From Monday to Thursday the library will open from 9.15 until 6pm and will close for lunch between 1 and 2. On Fridays the library will open from 9.15 until 5pm, also with a lunchtime closure. We will be open an extra hour on Saturdays from 9.15 until 1. there will be no late night opening on Friday but the later opening hours during the week and on Saturday means that everyone has the chance to use the facilities including computers, later, more often. Surgery providing advice for tennants of RCT homes and dealing with any queries including maintenence and rent collection.
Wednesdays 10-11 at the CwmNi office, No appointment neccessary.

Confidential drop in service providing help and support to those wanting to get back in to work.
Thursdays and Fridays with Emma from Working Links between 10 & 12 at the CwmNi office

BLOOD DONORS URENTLY NEEDED

 

 

The Welsh Blood Service holding regular donor sessions at Penyrenglyn Primary School, Baglan Street and other locations in the Rhondda Valleys. Click on the logo before for up-to-date notification on up and coming sessions. New and existing donors are always needed as blood stocks in local hospitals are low - especially O blood types both O Negative, and O Positive
